TASC Security and Investigations, Inc. was created when the
founder Ian Daire discovered the industry had a bad reputation. The following
was found to be true;
SECURITY OFFICERS
Not respected by local, state and federal law enforcements
agencies.
Do not perform their duties in a professional and respectable
manner.
Uniforms not pressed and/or do not fit.
Do not know and/or understand the true responsibilities of a
Security Officer.
Behave in an unprofessional manner.
Agency operating with no insurance and/or workers compensation.
PRIVATE INVESTIGATORS
Soliciting private employment when unlicensed.
Lack of training in surveillance.
Lack of proper equipment.
Inadequate report writing skills.
EXECUTIVE PROTECTION AGENTS
Unlicensed Agents working illegally.
Untrained Agents putting clients in harms way.
Working un-insured.
Carrying a firearm to perform their duties illegally.
Just because you are a big person, or you have bouncing experience
that does not make you a Bodyguard or a Executive Protection Agent.
OUR STANDARDS
TASC Security and Private Investigations, Inc. plans to change
all of the above by ensuring that all employees are trained for the
duties they are being hired to perform. We took the time to research the
industry and find out what the client needs are so we can meet them and
still adhere to the guidelines of the law. We carry a minimum of One
Million Dollar
liability insurance and workers compensation. We make sure that all
employees have the proper equipment to perform their duties and do so in
a professional manner.
Security and Private Investigations are regulated by the Florida
Department Of Agriculture and Consumer Services and uses Florida Statue
493 as the guidelines. All employees must pass a test given by the state
on the statue in order to obtain their license. TASC has also
created a test to ensure that all our employees know the statue, rules
and regulations. This reduces unsatisfactory performance and liability
issues.
TASC focuses on quality instead of quantity, so if we cannot provide
licensed, experienced officers we will NOT take the job. If the client
requests we can and will provide a detailed resume on each employee we
send to them. The client can also go to the Florida Department Of
Agriculture and Consumer Services web site and check on each individual.
