SECURITY (ARMED AND UNARMED)

We have two types of security officers, armed and unarmed. Most of our officers are certified armed by the state so they are all trained and experienced to perform both armed and unarmed. The duties and responsibilities of all our officers are;

We check fire and safety hazards and for incendiary or explosive materials carried onto company or client property. Check proper badge identification, passes, and materials releases, possession of or use of intoxicants or non-prescription narcotic-type drugs, possession of illegal weapons. Exposed classified or important documents, unlocked doors and rooms, citizens loitering on private property, tampering with fire equipment or utilities, sabotage, espionage, or subversive activities. Violation of safety rules (per client direction). We investigate theft of client and employee property and check for misconduct, immoral or indecent behavior, horseplay or malicious mischief, gambling or soliciting on company or client property, abuse or destruction of property, or equipment.

We monitor demonstration or disturbance on company or client property, check for unauthorized distribution of literature on company or client property and all other violations of company policies or rules. Observe irregular conditions and activities. We maintain an excellent relationship with Law Enforcement Agencies. We correct and/or report irregular conditions. Enforcing rules and laws. Rendering service to management and employees and planning against potential harm. Allowing only authorized materials in and out of buildings and/or property.

TASC Security and Private Investigations, Inc. Will also adhere to the clients request as long as it is within the guidelines of the rules and regulations set forth by the Florida Department Of Agriculture and Consumer Services and Florida Statue 493.

PRIVATE INVESTIGATIONS

All of our private investigators are licensed by the state to perform their duties. They conduct investigations to locate missing persons by questioning individuals, obtain confidential information, and solve crimes. They conduct surveillance of suspects using binoculars, cameras and camcorders. They do background investigations of individuals to obtain data on character, financial status, and personal history of employment as well as other information. Examines crime scenes for clues and submits findings and detailed reports to clients and lawyers. Reports criminal information to police and testifies in court. We also investigate activities of individuals in divorce and child custody cases. If requested they will also arrange lie detector tests for employees of clients or witnesses. They also escort valuables to protect client's property. They may also be employed in commercial or industrial establishments for undercover work.

Also from a commercial standpoint our investigators protects property of business establishments. We do this by detecting vandalism, thievery, shoplifting, or dishonesty among employees or patrons, performing any combination of following duties:

• Conducts investigations on own initiative or on request of management.
• Stakes out company grounds to apprehend suspects in illegal acts.
• Questions suspects and apprehends culprits.
• Files complaints against suspects and testifies in court as witness.
• Writes case reports, Alerts other retail establishments when a person of known criminal character is observed in store.
• May also be designated according to type of establishment as Store Detective.

EXECUTIVE PROTECTION

Our Executive Protection Agents are comprised by retired law enforcement officer, armed security officers and licensed private investigators. (It is illegal to perform any bodyguard and/or executive protection services in the state of Florida unless you are a licensed investigator and it is also illegal to carry a firearm concealed performing these duties unless you are a licensed armed security officer.) All our EP agents are trained and certified in Detail Operation.
